Leadership Development at Sistaz Speaks Foundation is about more than titles-it is about helping women and girls trust their voice and lead with confidence wherever they are.

Our Leadership Skills Workshops offer practical, interactive learning for emerging and seasoned leaders alike. Participants practice public speaking, decision-making, boundary-setting, and conflict resolution through real-life scenarios, not theory alone. We focus on the skills that matter at home, at work, in school, and in the community, including for women veterans stepping into new roles after service.

Alongside these workshops, our Team Building Facilitation supports groups, youth programs, community organizations, and small businesses that want to work better together. We guide teams through engaging activities that strengthen communication, clarify roles, and build trust. Participants leave with shared language, simple tools they can use right away, and a renewed sense of shared purpose.
